Player Information |
|
Hams is mature aged WAFL player who joins the Eagles after a number of solid seasons at South Fremantle. Another smaller than average midfielder/defender who's been given a late chance at an AFL career, which he has taken on with a promotion to the main squad and a selection in the Eagles' team in 2010.
After being out of the team for much of 2011, a spate of injuries opened a spot for Hams in the forward line early in 2012, and he managed for much of the season to hold that spot. However his form tended to fluctuate and he was one of the players chosen to make way when the injury list subsided late in the season. A fringe player that always puts in but doesn't quite make it, Hams eventually decided that enough was enough and retired at the end of the 2013 season. |
