GWS team yesterday

First round picks:
Whitfield, Patton, Deledio, Scully - 1
Kelly, Coniglio - 2
Haynes, Hopper - 7
Tomlinson - 9
Davis - 10
Greene - 11
Corr, Smith - 14
Himmelberg - 16
Cameron, Shiel, Wilson - under age recruits.

WCE team yesterday

First Round picks

Gaff - 4
Kennedy - 5
Sheppard - 7
Sheed, Duggan - 11
Hurn - 13
Jetta - 14

They had 10 top 10 picks out there. These guys will be unstoppable over the next few years and may snatch their first this year. The list make up is frightening.

So we will never beat them because they have higher draft picks ??

Adelaide the swine the cats richmond don't have that many high draft picks but there mids consistently beat ours.....collingwood the blues saints port doesn't matter they just beat our mids.

Our mids get beaten by anybody does not matter which draft pick it is ...we just consistently lose in the pressure moments and have no players in the midfield that stand up for the team

kennedy and the defence is the only reason we are in games
The will to win....maybe its coming back ??

West coast know the issues (hope they do) and will work to address them in the off season via personnel and tactics.

I was simply demonstrating that GWS have an awesome line-up when compared with most others. They are second on the ladder and I think this is the last year for other clubs to snare a flag. From 2018 on it will be GWS by how much. We could have and should have won yesterday.

Kelly is my favourite no Eagle to watch. Simply amazing. Priddis, Yeo, Mitchell and Hurn all tried hard. I was happy with the effort to be honest. I thought our losing margin was going to be a lot more than 21 points.
Do or do not!
There is no try.
