Anyone else notice that our players were manning up and going one on one out there? Thought it was brilliant to see and noticeable that we were trying to make an absolute contest at each disputed ball. Unlike usual were I've noticed that the game style has been more about protecting a space on the ground rather than an opposition player.

Hope that Simmo has made a definite switch to man on man footy or is going to be clever tactically and switch between both styles of play (man on man vs man vs zone) to suit our requirements during any given match :?

Dom Sheed had surgery to his shoulder. He's been struggling with it recently.

Unsure of what the injury is, but will have to wait to see if he is available for the EF.

I've been an advocate for this all year, along with a number of others.

It seems we have gone back to this a few times this year when the coach has been under the hammer. Would love to see more of the same vs Port - then I would give us a chance.
Proud 2017 sponsor of Scott Lycett, Tom Barrass and Jonathon Giles - the big guys have landed.

Proud 2016 sponsor of Nobody. Because I couldn't find the thread. :-(
Proud 2015 sponsor of Scott Lycett. The future has arrived.

This is a bit late in the posting , but I would like to pay tribute to Louis Jetta .

If he had not been playing on Sunday , we would not be playing finals this year .

Hope to see more of his brilliance in the future .

I believe it's Lewis, and yes hope to see him more consistent, he will be valuable in finals.

Rioli hasn't even run out a full game at WAFL level. West Coast has faded late in so many games this year. Be very surprised if they played him against Port.

He's worth a try. If he's selected, put us down for a win. The guy is a genius.
